Submitting a pitch or creative work does not automatically transfer copyright to CHERUB and does not guarantee publication.
Any rights required for publication will be agreed with the contributor as appropriate. CHERUB may edit accepted work for matters including clarity, accuracy, grammar, style, length and presentation while seeking to preserve the contributor's individual voice.
Personal information contained in pitches and submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Editorial Content
CHERUB publishes journalism, criticism, reviews, commentary, interviews and other editorial material.
Views and opinions expressed by individual contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of CHERUB as a whole.
We aim to publish accurate information and may correct, update or remove material where appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information on the Site will remain complete or current.
Nothing published by CHERUB is intended to constitute legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
8. Advertising, Sponsorship and Commercial Content
CHERUB may from time to time publish advertising, sponsored content, partnerships, affiliate content or other commercial material.
Where required, commercial relationships will be identified appropriately.
The presence of advertising or commercial content does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by CHERUB of a product, service or organisation.

9. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. A link from CHERUB does not necessarily mean that we endorse the relevant website, organisation, product or service.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy information when visiting third-party services.

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
